There isn't much to do either. Move across the map, kill every necory you come across and enter the Laboratory. If you do not wish to discover the whole area or cleansing the necroraiders out of the land for your own sake (or for loads of xp), then you have to return here only if you get through the Laboratory and you'll walk on this map again till you reach the Zeppelin.
